I will describe my story and how I was deceived. The deal was carried out by Anton from this agency. The fact is that there was a controversial point in the apartment with the payment of utility bills. At the deal, Anton promised that everything would be fine and everything would be paid for (after my appeals to this situation). After the transaction took place and it turned out that the readings on the heating and water meters were not transferred and, accordingly, not paid. The amount came in 2 months. Anton said that the seller would pay for everything or he would pay for it himself. He lies and does not blush. I am very dissatisfied with the situation and how unsafe the transaction is for the buyer. If you yourself do not pay attention to suspicious moments, you will only be promised that everything will be fine and there will be no problems. I would not advise anyone to deal with this agency. And when everything is not problematic, you can do it yourself. And then you will fool your head with wonderful promises and speeches that you will not have time to look back and you will get into an unpleasant story. And I have to decide my question through the courts, unfortunately. Fortunately, I was smart enough to add the necessary clause to the contract at my request. But, no one will return time and nerves.
