Оставлю отзыв и тут! Работают не клиентоориентированные ПРОДАВЦЫ! И такие же управляющие магазина! Покупали телефон и часы в данной сети магазинов, в ноябре 2019 года. Общая сумма заказа было 40000 руб. пообещали Кэш-бек 7%. Пришли к начале 2020, что бы купить дочери телефон, и заодно воспользоваться бонусами. На что получили отказ, типо бонусами не можем воспользоваться, ошибка, их не видно в базе. Продавец при нас позвонил руководители. Мы написали заявление, что б разобрались в ситуации и мы могли воспользоваться этими бонусами (прикрепили все чеки, даты, точные суммы). Ушли. Пришли через неделю. Тишина. Нас послали домой, сказали руководитель заболел. Пришли в марте, продавец сказал- руководитель на карантине приходите позже. Разочаровались, но ушли. Стало прям даже интересно, начислят нам эти бонусы или нет. Пришли примерно в октябре - ноябре с этим же вопросом, сказали приходите с документами- все начислим. Пришли в начале декабря, с документами, но уже в другой магазин, тк там где покупали -в ките магазин закрылся, все товары и сотрудники переведены на Героев России 2. Поехали туда, тк планировали купить телефон + бонусами воспользоваться все же хотелось. И что вы думаете? Мы приехали. А нам сказали, что все... бонусы сгорели, вы покупали телефон в ноябре 2019 года! Бонусами вы уже воспользоваться не можете. Поздно пришли. Разочарованы, обслуживанием, руководством и консультантами. А тот продавец, который нам не шансе в базу бонусы работает там до сих пор, темненький, худой, имя правление помню. Конечно же где наше заявление никто не знает!

Guys - there is no refund in any discount, at best, repairs are like these, and at worst, like Pobeda and other pawnshops, you will simply be sent. I bought here two phones Redmi Note 8 Pro and earlier Samsung A5 2017. I often buy in similar stores because the savings are significant. Samsung had a bad battery - it lasted no more than half a day, bought a new one at its own expense (300r), they changed it for free, they have a guarantee for this.

We like the store, we bought from we will buy used equipment, we see no reason to overpay. it is better to buy a worker like in this store but with a scratch than a new one for incredible money. We bought from them a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine and a mobile phone ..... all the equipment is always a working choice. Well done boys
