And I even compared the prices, they are really lower👍 I live next to their store in the Arctic, I constantly see how fresh flowers are regularly brought and unloaded for them. Unlike the store near my work on the Red Road, I never saw them unloading, the flowers are dying, and potatoes were planted next to them in a flower bed🤦‍♀️ I think all the same, this is the trouble of successful companies - custom reviews. But in my life I have a heightened sense of justice, I rarely write reviews, but here I cannot remain silent. If I order delivery, the managers will always super politely tell you everything by phone, send a photo, without any questions or sighs, they will add everything as I need. Delivered on time quite clearly. Once the courier was delayed. I ordered my mother a bouquet for the anniversary, she was at home all day, I wanted to be delivered by 10 o'clock in the morning. The courier calls in 30 minutes and in an exciting voice apologizes that the delivery will be around 11 or a little earlier, so worried. Then on the trail the manager called with an apology. I already thought that their boss would call next 😂 It was not important for me at that moment, but I appreciated such attention and reverent attitude to work and clients. Florists their girls make masterpieces! I sometimes go to them in the morning, there is grain coffee from a vending machine for 50 rubles, delicious, I really like it😋. They are always very polite. I also want to say that many of my colleagues and acquaintances order delivery from Florida, and I have not heard any complaints from anyone. Thank you for your originality, for your florists and accurate couriers. And, of course, for this beautiful bouquet, with which we will congratulate our Leah today. Development for you! They offered their options. Send me to a meeting - the wooden flower box was painted exactly the color I need. We discussed the layout and color gamut from the photo through watsap. The composition was delivered to the address on time. It was very pleasant to communicate with everyone. Thank you so much. I will always only go to Florida.

I bought 5 roses for a gift on 17.07 in the morning, in the evening 3 out of 5 roses have already wilted. On July 18, in the morning, I turned to the store to solve the situation, the seller met a blonde aged and immediately declared that "they were lying around in the heat and cooked", although less than 10 minutes passed from the purchase to the vase of water. She assured me in every possible way that I was to blame, behaved inappropriately, inserting comments with or without reason. But, unfortunately, she herself could not solve this issue on the spot, she had to contact the "girls" on the hotline, who requested information through whatsapp (photos of flowers, etc.) and ... they could not solve this issue, but passed the whole information to the management. A little less than an hour later, not me, but the seller got a call from the "management", who, while communicating, also tried to speak their teeth and assured that I was to blame, that I was lying, that I cut the flowers at home, and did not solve the situation, but in the end we went to a meeting and replaced 3 roses with new ones. It also turns out if you take flowers - look what you take (as in the alley, apparently), and according to the words of the management, flowers, according to the law, cannot be exchanged and returned. But here they cheated: "Flowers of inadequate quality, like any defective product, are allowed to be returned back by law. Flowers can be recognized as defective if: -the buyer found pests after the purchase; -flowers fade faster than the seller promised (it can be indicated on the label or agreed orally); - a closer look revealed a partially faded bouquet. No one began to communicate with me, they wrote that the next day they would contact me and discuss everything, but alas, no one got in touch !!!
