Terrible company. We gave the cargo for shipment on August 5 from Novosibirsk to Ust-Kut in the Irkutsk region. The issued documents indicated the date of arrival of the cargo at its destination on August 12. The cargo did not arrive on the appointed date. On August 13, they called the company's office to clarify the information. But we were informed that the cargo had not even left Novosibirsk yet. How these trucks work, I don't even know. Why promise delivery times? We will demand compensation for the loss of time. I do not recommend this company!
