The working hours both in the application and on the website are indicated from Tuesday to Friday from 9 to 17.30, lunch from one to two. In fact, a piece of paper hangs on the door with a new schedule according to which the department actually works, namely from 9 to 16.30 and lunch from one to three. As a result, getting something is very problematic
