A fun place to relax for a small company, up to 20 people. The purest artesian water, including in the pool, a cool and cozy steam room with brooms. I note that the pool is cleaned after each arrival, it was very pleasant that people pay great attention to hygiene. If you are staying with an overnight stay, you don't have to hesitate: the owners took care of clean linen, pillows, etc. (double sofas in good condition) The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, large and wide table with benches. There is plasma, a music center with karaoke, though we did not wait for the promised microphone, so we just sang in chorus))) A gazebo on the street with a barbecue, a sink, everything works, everything is in good condition. All this beauty is surrounded by a magnificent pine forest! Clean air, clean water, and wonderful memories !!!! I recommend to everyone to change !!!

I usually do not like to leave negative reviews, but in this case I want to “get through” to the owner of these cottages, because the idea itself is not bad and I would like to come again, but only after certain facts have been finalized. And the most important moment in such places is CLEANLINESS! I repeat, I am not a cavil, but it was not so dirty in any other place in my life. People who monitor these cottages do not perform any functions, except for the kindling of a bath and then once a day. When we entered the house, a stink of stale rags, which apparently wiped the floors, hit the nose, after which they became even dirtier than when we left, gathering all the dirt and grease from the floor on our sneakers (white sneakers became black). Opening the refrigerator, again with an unbearable stench from there, a view of what had been there during the whole period of its operation opened. With the microwave the same sadness, thrust to warm up there in packets of food. The man who was asked to bring the missing sheets came not sober, without sheets and began to shoot insolent cigarettes and begs for the company! A woman who unceremoniously ran much earlier than the departure, walked in street shoes around the house, handed us a broom with a dustpan and asked us to go to take off our underwear and bring her to the bottom. Then she came to the impudent to try to say goodbye to us 2 hours earlier. Only after she made the second remark did she leave without words and so we did not see her again. We wiped the microwave inside and out. Rest, of course, didn't spoil everything for us, but how cool it would be to visit this place when there is clean, comfortable and decent staff. I hope not for nothing wrote this review and it will pay attention to both visitors and owners.
