I learned about the studio from a gymnastics coach who works for us. she advised as her student now teaches. I came and thought that it would be dumb to deal with the girls and thought that the main minus is that there are not enough groups for the boys separately. but something I was reaching for and the coach was a tough girl and people around me were directly motivating. I want to get better. in the end, I sat on the twine in less than a month, and this despite the fact that we pulled not only our legs, but our arms and back. my result is lockers that do not close is not a studio problem. I personally did not notice anything, I somehow reached out and came to training, and not to stand near the locker.

I watched gyms and sections of Omsk, private, selected, in particular by VK groups. Stumbled upon this organization. The owner, it seems, is obsessed with making money, just writes (and our great language was not taught and education was not received)))) that about income and millions ... this is alarming. Apparently the goal of this institution is to make money)

Was in the center on a stretch. + The only plus of the studio is the large windows, otherwise nothing is ordinary. - a faceless studio, as if they just brought furniture out of the office, the locker room is absolutely not comfortable, there is little space, stupid lockers, rugs and blocks are just awful, the coach is not particularly interested in working, apparently looking in the mirror more. the prices here are exactly the same as in the studio of flexibility for Lenin (I will not call, but there is much better, a cozy studio where it is nice to be and study)

Very nice atmosphere and good coach, an individual approach to everyone, especially want to mention coach Anastasia in the lighthouse, warms up, pulls, tells and all this with total dedication and love for your cause, thank you!
