We were looking for specialists who can do anything in power supply. We sent an application to 4 offices, including the Engineering company. Three firms responded during the working day; Engenium was silent. One option was generally satisfactory, but the negotiations dragged on. And here comes the answer from "Engineering" - detailed and intelligible. Phoned, quickly found a common language. In the same week, the project and estimate were ready. The work went according to plan, reacted sensitively and promptly to comments. If it were not for the hitch with the response to the application, we would not have considered other proposals.

We ordered the installation of two air conditioners for our office in Inzhenium (our neighbors recommended). For two rooms in 25 squares, each turned out to be budget and most importantly - quickly. We sent the application from the site, ordered a call, called us back within ten minutes, probably all were discussed and the next day we left. We had to do it quickly, we rested against it, and we were met. The installation was done correctly, calculated so that the air is evenly distributed around the room, and not so that one person blows. In general, there are no complaints, so we also recommend them now)).

Employees from the “Engenium” were called when the third router burned out in our office at work for six months. Before that, they were arguing with the provider, due to the fact that the Internet was cut off during the day at the most “suitable” moment, the manufacturers of routers were changing endlessly. It turned out that we had some kind of grounding problems. In general, they fixed everything, advised which surge protector is better to buy.

We cooperate for the second year. We entrusted the “Engineering” with the maintenance of our networks (trading and warehouse premises), concluded an agreement on a planned inspection 4 times a year. While the maintenance is very satisfied: there are no delays in scheduled inspections, malfunctions that are detected, mobile-fixed. And there were no major accidents due to which half a day earlier they had to stop work, now there is none at all.

Recently I contacted the Engineering company to connect new equipment and put it into operation. The specialists quickly dealt with the connection, but there were minor problems with the commissioning of Chinese equipment. As a result, joint efforts managed to figure out what was the matter.
