08/30/2017 my wife visited Studio 21 masters of manicure and pedicure. It’s hard to call this woman a master, and she did not have a badge with a name, so I will continue to call her a manicurist. The manicurist performed her work disgustingly, but I will begin in order. 1) Feet worked terribly, left corns on the heel and thumb. 2) Delivered cuticles and burrs, and then also applied gel polish on top of them. 3) When she was asked to fix the shortcomings in her work, she began to be rude and try to prove that this was an excellent result and it simply could not be better! 4) After the paraffin baths, the wax was removed in pieces. 5) And during the alteration of her terrible work she bit her nail and cut her finger. This unfortunate master should not work in a beauty salon, but a survival instructor. I won’t say anything bad for the other employees of this salon, since I didn’t use their services, but I don’t recommend going to this fair-haired rude woman!
