Wonderful place, very cozy and bright, you can have a bite to eat inside or take donuts with you. The donuts themselves are very tasty - of all kinds. The guys do not regret the fillings. Prices are generally a fairy tale, they are like from 2012. I literally don’t know where in Kaliningrad you can eat cheaper. I highly recommend PanPonchik, go if you like pancakes and donuts - this place will not disappoint you
