Refused to refuel. Said not so parked

The service leaves much to be desired, the operators did not offer a single promotion, they didn’t even welcome it, I haven’t seen such frank rudeness anywhere

I don’t know why they are given 5 stars, probably for a long refueling, an uncleaned porch, slow employees, an incomprehensible assortment in a store at expensive prices or for monopolizing the market, and why coffee costs more than in Europe, apparently to compensate for the "low price for fuel, "oh yes they have a warm toilet😲, if it weren’t for YUKOS, they would still be selling fuel from the arrow columns
