Today there was a branch in this place, a parcel from China came to me, an employee of this branch threw a parcel into an open mailbox, I got it in a torn condition, I came to the postal department of steelmakers 3a, where they told me we didn’t deliver a notice for simple parcels, we throw the parcel in box, we are not responsible, very rude employees. The question is different, why while working at the Russian post office, no one is responsible for the parcel for which the addressee pays money, it does not matter whether the forwarding is paid or not. Generally very disappointed with the work of these women and the system.
