today I went there for the parcel, gave them all the documents that this is my parcel, (passport and parcel number) are always harassed and busy with their own business ... and as a result, the parcel was not given to me.! the question is how can I pick up my parcel, I still gave money for it

There are always huge queues here, personally we have been standing in a queue for 1.5 hours, one or two windows, a long service works, although less than 10 people stood in a queue before us. But I like this post more than all other metallurgical districts, so there are 3 asterisks.
