Good day, everyone. Did not like. We were in November, we booked a double room 10 days in advance, upon arrival the administrator said that there were no rooms available. We asked the owner of the hotel, Lena, if my memory serves me right, to explain the reason for the lack of a booked room. The answer was: "as the room becomes free, you can check in, in a day or later!" do not know the exact check-out date of other guests. When asked how do you fulfill your reservation obligations, she said that we had not paid for the room earlier and therefore have no right to demand a room. Because there is no information on the official website that for booking it is necessary to pay the cost of the room earlier, I did not consider it necessary to do this. Very unfriendly establishment and management, thanks to them for the 'hospitality'.

Stars only for the cleanliness of the room. The concierge was not notified of the reservation. Registration without any documents, just asked the name. The room is cold, the heating barely breathes. They put the heater, which also barely breathes. The bathroom has no floor mats, which strained after leaving the shower. There was nothing even to wipe the floor. And so everything is standard - bed linen, towels. And, still slippers disposable, SECOND-HAND !!! In general, I will not go there anymore.

Hotel is not bad. Located in a quiet place, near the tram and minibus stops. Inside is clean and comfortable. Rooms are cleaned every day. In three minutes there is an inexpensive cafe, lunch and dinner without problems. But I didn’t like one moment, the towels smelled damp.

The hotel is good, has been there more than once, for a stay for 5-6 days it will be the most. Of the minuses, you can only note the common kitchen, in the rooms there is none, not everyone likes that. Otherwise, everything is good and the rooms are cheap
