Children's favorite library (mine too). The staff is polite, attentive, friendly. Communication is always with a smile! This is so nice! The books are very diverse, there are new items, magazines, children's colorful books in English. Some events are constantly held. A convenient site, we always renew books there and leave applications for the next. There is no parking nearby, but this is a problem for the center of Yekaterinburg as a whole.

Maria Frolova, secretary of the library, wearing glasses, during the webinar inattentively looked at the answers in the general chat, delaying it for 5 minutes, turned all her attention to me and attributed to me the negative words of another person addressed to the author of the book. Further, it is true, she confused the names of the authors of the books and not only - therefore, such a "trifle" as absolute carelessness and haste, leading to mistakes, should not "hurt" either the authors or the readers. I will no longer participate in this kind of dishonoring my reputation because of this "flagship" event. It’s a pity, they would have hired a more experienced specialist for this role, and not confused two people with completely different messages, causing the not author of the negative to appear.
