Nice spacious complex where you can buy everything from handkerchiefs to fur coats and gold jewelry. But if you are a private entrepreneur and want to work in the Cascade, then get ready for a certain kind of trouble, namely, some kind of IP meeting as in kindergarten and recommendations from the administration on the goods. My wife wanted to get up there to work, so they set a condition that if the administration does not like the product, then you are a candidate for the congress! Is it okay? Therefore, the rating is three stars!
