Poor school 29, (now24) where does budget money go? The whole school is falling apart, the plaster is falling off the exterior walls, they haven’t been able to paint for 50 years. They put it in half, I understand that I don’t have to change everything right away. I’d like to put a little director and an accountant in my own pocket. But why put different windows? The school is public building and not a birdhouse! Poor teachers are constantly cracking money from their parents for repairs or something else for a class or school. And this has long been considered normal. PAINT THE SCHOOL!

In school, cattle schoolchildren, swearing and cursing, smoking and drinking the school itself was in poor condition as if it was built in 1945.
