09/24/2020 I gave my phone to this service for repair. In the evening of the same day, the master called me and said that the phone was repaired. The cost of the repair was 2500 rubles. The next day I took it. The phone worked for a week without any complaints, and then gave all the same problems as before the repair. I turned to the service with the hope that there was some kind of guarantee for the repair. They took it back to me for diagnostics and since apparently this work was already under warranty, and not for payment, it dragged on for more than a month. As a result, I asked the service worker to return I had a phone number and money, he asked for time to solve this problem and in the end told me to come for money and a phone 3 days after my appeal. He returned the money for repairs, minus the payment for diagnostics (300 rubles) and gave two packages in one phone, and in another spare parts from it. To my question why the phone was not assembled, he replied that these parts should only be spoiled. When I got home, it turned out that the processors were expressed, the socket for the flash drive was soldered, etc. Having called the service again, I heard that it was necessary to give more time (he had the phone for more than a month) and when asked why the phone was not assembled and with soldered processors, the answer was simply stunning: I still return the money to you, it makes sense for me to spend time on assembly to go. But now I will have to pay elementary still and for all this to be collected, soldered. And apparently, after its "repair" the phone will not be repaired even in good service. And for all this pleasure I also paid 300 rubles, just for the fact that my phone was finally broken. The rating of the service was set to "1" because the scale is not provided below and for the fact that the money was returned for repairs. And so disgusting work, just one disappointment and vain financial, time spending. I do not recommend it at all. It seems the person who works there knows little what he is doing.
