For work, she often has to fly on business trips across Russia. I saw a lot and understand everything about the domestic service. But this hotel managed to surprise - not in the best sense. I had an early check-in, arrived at 7 am. This was agreed in advance. We settled in a dirty room: towels were crumpled on the floor, the bed was not made. After the night flight, I really wanted to sleep, but we had to wait a long time to change the number, as it turned out that they did not have time to get out anywhere. I was hoping to sleep after a work meeting, but even then I was not lucky: the hotel was celebrating a wedding. To my comment that I also pay for the room and want to be able to relax in it without music screaming at the whole building, at the reception they told me that they could not help. There was no strength at all to go somewhere to have dinner, so I risked ordering food from their restaurant. Tasty, but I waited more than an hour for my piece of fish. But to the music and cries of the tipsy guests of the newlyweds.

The hotel is on the level, took the "comfort" room, clean, spacious, there is everything you need, there is really no free outlet near the bed, but it is solved by pulling out the lamp plug.
