Hotel "Voznesensky"

Great hotel, loved the experience. Have english translations all over, it's rare to find it in Russia I think? ☺ The staff is well concerned and reliable. Would surely suggest.

Great place for Russian standards

I forgot my cosmetic bag with eau de toilette, hair paste, toothbrush and paste and solid deodorant when leaving. I noticed this only when I returned home. I immediately phoned the hotel and explained the situation, asking if the maids had left behind the items I had forgotten, clearly discovered during the cleaning. But they told me that they did not leave anything, and promised to ask them again tomorrow. When I called the next day, I only heard that the maids allegedly found nothing (read, they just silently appropriated). It is very unpleasant and disappointing from this behavior of both the maids and the hotel staff, who did not try to help me find the things I forgot. P.S. A day after the publication of the review, the manager called me and said that the toilet water and the cosmetic bag were still found and stored, and the rest of the things were disposed of due to anti-epidemiological requirements. They sincerely apologized, showed their willingness to forward the stored items and promised to work with the personnel who misled and did not show due attentiveness to the problem.

Traveled from Novosibirsk to St. Petersburg, stayed at the hotel at night from 12.10 to 13.10, 2 people and a pet. We were accommodated with a pet on the terms of a refundable deposit of 3000 rubles, in general, the accommodation cost us 4500 rubles. At the reception we were met by a polite administrator, helped with the parking issue and showed us to the room. The room is small, but very cozy, has its own bath and everything you need to stay. The hotel left a very pleasant impression, we had a good rest and if we come back to Ekb we will only stay here.
