Конкретно с кем пришлось работать, работает по графику ,,с 9до4х,, по факту ещё меньше, сутки потерял из за этого человека. Нигде такого нет, а мне есть с чем сравнивать. Только здесь.

We chose the ideal option for this price category - Volkswagen Polo, Connect equipment, white silver color. We made gifts - additional equipment. So that we could calmly think behind us, this car was postponed for three days. Consultant Maxim Akperov conducted a test drive, explained and showed everything in detail. We made a decision, upon the conclusion of the contract of purchase and sale the price did not change, no commissions and surcharges were "poured in", everything is 100% honest. At our request, we immediately took out insurance in the salon. I advise everyone who wants to buy a new car to stop by this salon and talk to the managers.

Never, you hear never take a car in this salon (although this is purely my personal opinion), but I will try to substantiate my point of view. When you buy a car, you will be licked from head to toe, they do not promise everything, well, this is understandable in principle, this is a market, they are sellers. Just after buying a car, you may not even think about some kind of warranty repair at the expense of the salon, they will find reasons why you should be refused. In my case, for more than 2 years of owning a car, I applied 3 times for a guarantee, but all 3 times I was politely refused. Then my breakdown is a factory tolerance and the manufacturer admits the rustling sound of the phase shifter, about the rattling in the right side of the suspension, I was first told that the matter was in the non-original crankcase protection (the delivery did not go away, but in the winter it became less). From the latter: all the same, we found that it was blundering on the right side of the car, it turned out to be a stabilizer bar, but miraculously it was my fault, they found some kind of mechanical damage to the bar (it seemed to be ignited). And she was fired up by a preliminary investigation by Besser-auto specialists, because I flew into the pit. Guys, I bought from you not a helicopter, but a car, so even if I once flew into a hole, I think that this is a marriage of your stabilizer bar, since it could not withstand the load. Or do you think, when buying a car, I have to put it in the garage and blow off dust particles? In general, I dissuaded all my friends who were going to take a Volkswagen from this step, and I do not advise you. And in general, I realized that this is not only the policy of the Besser auto dealership itself, but the policy of Volkswagen Group Rus, since my appeal to the hotline did not affect their decision in any way.
