Прочитал много положительных отзывов и решил приобрести там автомобиль Renault Arkana. Посетив сегодня 23.12.2020 0 ТО. Я понял, что мне не повезло оказаться тем счастливчиком, который может оставить положительный отзыв. На просьбу долить охлаждающую жидкость, которая при пробеге 3000 км. упала до минимального уровня мне ответили отказом. Отказ подкрепили словами, что за состоянием жидкостей собственник должен следить сам, и предложили купить антифриз в отделе продаж и долить самостоятельно. У меня сложилось впечатление, что и дальнейшее ТО и гарантийное обслуживание будет проходить в током же формате. Так что сталю только 3.
