There, the staff is not to monitor compliance with labor laws, but to create a full-fledged artistic composition in the office. It may, of course, not all, but those that I had to face, for sure.

But it is not so simple ... 30 working days (as expected) awaited a response from the labor inspectorate, but no reply was received. Of course I tried to get through. And I was lucky with 30 times phoned I was informed that they sent me an answer. Waited another month. And again, nothing. I’m calling .... But there, it’s busy, it’s just not picking up the phone. I had to go in person and ask me to print my copy. In general, nothing good. (((

The worst impressions, they refuse to work at all. In short, initially they listened to the problem by telephone, found a violation and were invited to file a complaint. At personal appearance in the inspection, the inspector on duty sympathized, spoke out about the bad leaders, made a call to the company, which we try to complain and sent back home, with the words: "You'll call me later" and not accepting the application. Further in a telephone conversation, this inspector complained that they can not do anything, and you say, go to court. When the institution was re-visited, the new duty inspector, without reading the complaint, took the side of the employer and immediately began to sue, saying that they are engaged in serious matters and they have no time to mess around with such trifles. After a long "debate" and a direct question: "Does he refuse to accept the complaint?", Reluctantly all the same accepted the complaint. After all of the above, a legitimate question arises: "For what and who needs inspection in this form? And how long will we feed the parasites?"
