I want to share a negative review about the delivery- Eat sushi and pizza. Delivery was ordered on February 14 at 19:00, We understood that it was a public holiday, but we specifically specified the operator a fixed arrival time, we were told that the delivery time will be exactly after 2 hours! And then we confirmed the order. As a result, the guests and the birthday man were hungry at the table, after 2 hours no one arrived, after two and a half hours no one arrived, we started calling the operator for the first time, we said that we were promised to bring the order in 2 hours, that they announced a fixed time for what she we barked into the receiver that the courier was already on the road, and after 40 minutes, we asked that we fill out a bad feedback form. She said a minute ... put down the phone, and we listened to background music for 3 minutes, after which the operator simply dropped the phone .. after 40 minutes, of course, no one came ... we did not wait for any courier but after 1 hour 40 minutes (as a result of 3 hours 40 minutes), about happiness !! The courier arrived, neither goodbye nor goodbye, when ordering, we told the operator that payment would be cashless, which the courier told us in cash. Well, I don’t know what we will do .. For some reason, he went out into the porch, got down his car, came back ... rang the intercom. About five minutes later, we sorted out the courier, but then thanks to the birthday man himself, there was a gift cash from the envelope that we paid with the courier and finally parted with him. Terribly hungry, we went to unpack the order, but when we unpacked the first container .. we saw a black short curled hair right on the rolls !!! A nightmare ... disappointment. This roll hair diverted all attention from the super cold “hot rolls” that had to be heated in the oven because they all stuck together. I generally keep quiet about Philadelphia ... the fish is disgusting salty, rice is falling apart ... In short, complete disappointment during the holiday ... I’m a man who never wrote reviews to anyone .. but this time I was driven to white-hot, that I decided to write a review of such a length. I will NEVER order delivery from you ... you should have apologized! (Unfortunately, the photo with the hair is not attached here ..)

I ordered for 2020 NG worse than sushi, I didn’t eat and it was a shame that I ordered them for 2000 thousand, it’s better to starve than eat THIS, eat your own sushi.

Seriously? He was introduced later than the deadline. If you don’t fit within 2 hours, why promise? Say that up to 3 hours, so as not to lose time or order from you!

09/01/2019 ordered a set of Kamchatka. Rolls are so-so. It tastes fresh and fall apart. Wassabi is absolutely not sharp.
