An ordinary canteen with high prices and appropriate quality and service (when trying to see the size of the portion of borscht, it was barked by a woman at the distribution). So: dietary borscht without meat 85 rubles, dietary mashed potatoes (on water) 40 rubles, about chops from what I generally keep quiet, the prices are like in a restaurant 180 rubles. If there is absolutely nowhere to eat, but there are cafes and restaurants with "business lunches" in the city.

Good self-service cafe, prices are reasonable, closer to Moscow, the food is delicious. A two-course lunch cost 330 rubles.
