I want to share the sad repair experience in this car service. By chance, I had to do body repair on my Skoda, painting the wings and doors. On the phone when communicating with managers, there was an opinion of a positive car service. They promised to do everything in 3 days, I left them a car. Three days later, the manager called me and said that they didn’t have time for three and they needed five. As a result, I was renewed for 10 days. After 10 days, I took the car during an external examination, everything was fine, they said not to use the car wash for several days. I have followed all the recommendations. And now, after 2 weeks, the paint on the doors and wings began to peel off, I just fell off my clothes. I phoned them and they told me to drive up to the "inspection". After the inspection, they told me that this was not a warranty case and offered to repaint it for an additional payment. These "kulibins" work in the "Pitline" car service, I would not recommend contacting this car service.
