Cozy museum! I recommend to all visitors, as well as local residents, to get on a tour and see the city from the tower.

The tower was built in 1891 for the needs of the Railway workshops. Today it is an architectural monument of federal significance, a museum exposition dedicated to the history of Plotinka and the Tower, a souvenir shop, a guest center and a coffee house.
