Raise the level of professionalism of your operators, as there were two clubs there, otherwise you will not name them. Because of them, I did not have time to send a swift transfer of dollars to another country. Since they sent me behind the contract number to make this transfer. I went home, and then I went to the department of Acceptance at Dzerzhinsky Ave. and they made it to me without a contract and said that it was not required. I came to the department on B. Khmelnitsky 04/12/2019 around 16:00. While I was going home, I got to another department at 5.30pm. And all swift transfers are done until 17:00. And I had an extreme day today. Now my payment will leave only on Monday 04/15/2019. Extremely dissatisfied with the service in this bank, the girls are young and with gonorkom.
