All that is good in this branch is the availability of transport! They wrote me to the reception officer. I came, limited time from 10.00 to 11.00. I immediately warned that after 11.00 I could not come up. I came in at 10.05. Ocheyed of 3 people, but she just did not move for 40 minutes! Finally, one person walked away, I went to the second window and before me put up a sign that they can study me from 11.00! I lost more than half an hour just like that! The meeting with people was moved from 10.30 to 11.30. And here is BAC !! I was stunned!
