We sat in the main hall until 12 at night. Once again we asked the waiter what conditions were in karaoke. They answered us: I do not know. We decided to close the account and move to karaoke. And only now the waiter woke up and said that it turns out to 10 admission is free, and after 10 for the guys 200 rubles. We began to resent why we did not immediately warn. The manager was called (a blonde with a short haircut, her name is Asia or something like that). She did not want to solve the problem: she said that the entrance was paid or a deposit of 3000 rubles, she asked for forgiveness and ran away saying that she had nothing to say. We asked for a book of complaints. She was not supposedly in place! It was to be provided at any time of the day or night. They didn’t want to give a book. OK. On the Internet, we’ll roll up a review. Even better! The staff is incompetent. Well, obviously something is wrong if the same manager “solves” problems and runs around with orders.
