The first time I had to turn! the cat was not only not cured, but also made worse, after which the next day they said at the veterinary institute that they had initially made the wrong diagnosis, and therefore had the wrong treatment in the 21st century. The cat died ... but it was a long time ago. And the last time they did the X-ray to the cat, but they did not describe the conclusion (there is no X-ray specialist). Cool! They took the payment in full, without warning that there would be no radiologist. Receptionist no! He cannot explain, cannot warn, does not consider it necessary.

I can’t find the right words to express my gratitude for my Elfik, guys, thank you for being there, you returned my Sphinx child from the other world, and with him the joy of the whole family. It's a pity that I didn't remember the name of our red-haired guardian angel, I remember her name was Natalya, she was the doctor on duty that nightmare (11/18/2020), she has golden hands and a heart. Thank you for what you are doing! In parallel with my boy, she had 2 more patients, a poodle mom and Jack Russell with epilepsy, and she found time for everyone !!! Moreover, everyone had seizures, as on schedule! One will pump out - the second is bad, and here we, with woody legs and a temperature of over forty ... Just hardcore ... And everywhere she, commands the staff, herself to everyone ... And about the cost of services - the prices are average for the city (we have visited more than one hospital), but when the baby dies, the price does not matter ... And yes, about the veterinary institute .... It was there, my Elfik was stabbed to a coma, and Dr. Natalya spent the whole night correcting the terrible mistake of an amateur. The attitude towards animals is gentle, actions are confident, but at the same time they do not frighten either the owner or the patient. Now we are being treated by another doctor in the same clinic (her handwriting on the prescription is incomprehensible, but I have a bad memory in a stressful situation)))), a young girl, very attentive, professional, patient and restrained. She picked up the pills for us and the baby is slowly coming to life (pah-pah-pah, we are still being treated). On the result, I will unsubscribe additionally.

It so happened that my girl, the toy terrier, couldn’t be born herself, (weak labor) it was on the night of August 5, I was afraid to pull until the morning, and basically all veterinarians work from 9 o’clock, I had to find around the clock, but in three they didn’t pick up the phone, and they refused me water, it was 5 o’clock in the morning, and only here they answered me that we would be welcomed, I repeat, it was 5 o’clock in the morning, when we arrived I had a shock condition at that time, because dogs went green color, we were treated very friendly and politely, they invited the doctor, examined, made a decision on an urgent cesarean section, the operation was successful and mom and puppies were saved, I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Smarokov, wish you good health and success in your work, thank you for my girl. Special thanks to the clinic management for the round-the-clock mode. And as for the prices, I will say so, when the question is between the life and death of your beloved family member, then no money can be compared with this! Thank you very much again for your work!

Obviously, the clinic is trying to modernize, but they do not fully implement the services. So we made an appointment with the doctor via the website (which is convenient), arrived at the appointed time, but in the end, we had to sit in a queue. After 2 hours, we turned around and left. And yet, they have the cost of admission varies in time (as elsewhere). But after waiting 2 hours, the cost of admission increased by 2 times, although we specifically recorded in the early hours. So, if the service of "appointment recording" is being done, then it is necessary to fully implement it, and not waste customers time.
