The studio has a minimum of props. And they did not immediately warn that for 2 additional images you need to pay extra 1,700 rubles, although initially they said that you need to take 3-4 sets and that this is included in the package price. In general, we regretted having ordered a photo session here! We will not choose a studio anymore and will definitely not advise our friends.

Today I was with my daughter at a photo session with a certificate. Thanks to our photographer Elizaveta, my daughter is delighted, it was very fun and relaxed. Thanks to makeup artist Evgenia, she did everything great, each image turned out to be different, but at the same time, straight to the point. Thanks to the administrator Sofia, everything was very good. The only negative for me (more even a request) is to develop proposals for the purchase of the photo. Or everything, and this is despite the 6500 discount (although I understand that everyone has to pay for salary), you just don't need that amount. Of the 90 photos, honestly, a third was definitely ready to take. Least. But in fact, I liked everything, once again, Elizabeth, many thanks.

December 25 were at a photo shoot with her husband (entry at 15.00) First of all, I want to note the polite staff: administrator, makeup artist, photographer. When choosing an image, the makeup artist listened and did everything the way I wanted! We were at the photo shoot for the first time, so we were very afraid and embarrassed, but what is very important, the photographer got us closer and after 5 minutes we forgot about the constraint :) We had 3 looks, everything turned out completely different and cool in their own way (“homely and cozy”, “New Year's” and “classic”) While waiting for the photos, they offered hot tea In general, everything was easy and calm. We will come again!

Friendly staff. Makeup artist and photographer know their job. For those who for the first time they will help with the pose and choice of attire. You just have to relax and enjoy the photo session and your images.

We visited the fashion box studio and were very disappointed in such work and outright extortion. The stylist and photographers worked at 5, the photo is amazing, and we had a good mood, because they were preparing for a week and this was our first three-shot. Our 5-month-old baby posed and smiled, filmed in pleasure and even in the New Year's mood, and the result is terrible because the administrator tormented us for 2 hours with incomprehensible waiting, then the show of our photos flipped through with such admiration to the last. And voicing the price that is not appropriate in the certificate and offering for the indicated amount by agreement previously only a photo from 1 image of 4 and 10 photos. In this studio, the proposed offers and gift certificates do not correspond. Read the sell !!! Seeing a family with a small child who has stayed with you for almost 6 hours and left without a photo, this is at least a bad organizing job. It’s shameless to work like that. The policy of your studio is not to honestly earn money, but to deceive people with dubious certificates without discussing the conditions at the beginning of the work and asking for the client’s consent, because the conditions stated by the operator before coming to you are different. A few days later they called and offered to come for a photo, they didn’t give everything because the husband said before leaving that they would delete everything, so that they wouldn’t be in any portfolio, but after learning about our shooting, the management made efforts to restore the photo and correct the situation so that the client I was still satisfied. So choose a studio more carefully to stay with good photos and mood.
