It used to be better, different queues, it was more convenient. Now, in order to receive a parcel, you need to stand with people who want to pay for an apartment, and there are over 50 people there. Moreover, notifications do not come to the box at all, it's good that there is tracking of goods on the internet. The staff is not competent at all, they cannot even advise on the topic.
