Perhaps the worst post office from all over Russia, which I managed to visit. A constantly changing work schedule is the main feature. Neither explanations to you, nor order numbers to you: just a crookedly printed sheet of A4 format in a file, they say, now we are working like that, that's all. It turns out that it was possible. One employee works for a sufficiently large department. And extremely slowly. Rarely, two. As a result, eternal queues. Extremely outraged by the regular disregard of employees to the violation of the order of the queue. A man passed the queue, asked for services, he was silently served, despite the indignation of ten more of the same people who were waiting in line. Naturally, no positivity and friendliness from the staff, everything is standard like chain dogs. Neither “hello” to you, nor “thank you”, nor “all the best” from these people have been heard. Often clients communicate much more respectfully and affably with staff than they do with clients. In half the cases, the computer crashes. It happened that after waiting for half an hour in a line right in front of me they shook their hands and said "the computer is buggy, wait, we don’t know how much." Neither it will be possible to receive any important documents, nor to send, everything is immediately inaccessible and the young ladies just sit idle in their workplaces. To questions about the programmer, which should be, because there is a computer, everyone denies its existence. In a word, I do not recommend it.

Only one employee is constantly working for the entire large department. It happens that you can quickly pick up the parcels; sometimes you stand in the queue for a long time.

An awful work schedule that changes as you like. Arrived at 9, and on the window a piece of paper, working with 11. Excellent!

Not a convenient schedule !!! It used to be from 8: 00-20: 00, now from 11: 00-19: 00. People simply can’t get to you either before work or after. Calling you is not realistic either !!

Terrible service, the staff is rude. One employee is working very slowly and every time there are huge queues.
