The most terrible department of Omsk. The operator is one person, because of which there are queues for 15 people. Has come and has lost a floor of day. Attitudes towards customers are boorish. Without notification, parcels are not issued, even if there is a number of the parcel and the passport of the recipient. New notice waited 3 weeks, came at number 10, bullying!
