Like the entire Russian Post service, this public institution is in terrible condition. There are not enough operators. At the same time, the employees themselves create confusion in the queue. There is only one queue, there are three operators, but one serves only utility bills, the rest and com, and receiving / sending. As a result, people with payment slip among the crowd and leave, and those who receive the package are lost.

There was no repair at all as long as I live here (22 years). Poor operators serve eternal queues from disgruntled people, crowds always. The department is overloaded.
