I needed to bring some documentation here. This place is a complete mess! The internal phone of the required department did not work at all, they called for forty minutes, and everyone was busy, apparently they simply hung up the receiver next to the phone so that visitors would not be distracted. Even the guard on duty was surprised and confused. As it turned out, the workers of this department were just outside, chatting and smoking all this time, and it was the girls who smoked, horror! The workers have neither attentiveness nor ingenuity, who were only recruited here ... They took the entire package of documents and stamped even those that were generally in other departments, and the worker took the seal out of her pocket, she goes out to smoke with her. And this is a gross violation of the instructions. In short, if you need to come here out of necessity, get ready to face stupidity and other difficulties.
