The cherished day, the car has arrived, the manager asks to come as early as possible, take time off from work, drive through traffic jams, arrive at the appointed time. We are waiting for the manager for another 40 minutes until he arrives. Then it turns out that the bank we need is not working today, it will work tomorrow. Why did the manager drive to come faster? So then he said they themselves are to blame. As a result, we bought the car in another salon. Okay, we thought anything can happen. But now they do not return the prepayment for the car, the application has been written, but it has been under consideration by the director for 15 working days, although under the contract they must return it within 10. The amount is ridiculous, 5000 rubles. After that, everything is clear with the office. We bought the car without any delay and in the required configuration without overpayments in Kopeisk.

I bought a car on 09.09.2020 from visiting a car dealership, I was extremely unhappy: the staff tried in every possible way to impose obviously unfavorable conditions (trade-n is 3 times lower than the market value of a car, a loan supposedly with some kind of discounts, which they could not explain), in time the whole transaction with the moment of arrival at the salon and departure on a new car for more than 4 hours (constantly, at each stage had to wait for a debt), the car was purchased not on credit. There were no explanations about the operation, consumables, services, etc. 11/17/2020 they persuaded me to come to To 0 free of charge and according to the promotion they said 1 hour to change the oil on time. In fact, I stayed in the salon from 9:50 to 13:00, when asked what was wrong with the car and why it took so long, master Sergei said: the car was ready for a long time, he was just informed and, in addition, he found damaged edges of two headlight mounting bolts. No Explanations, no apologies came from anyone. They cheat continuously on the most elementary things. I do not highly recommend this car dealership.

Yesterday I bought a car at the Jaromir dealership. I want to say BIG THANKS to manager Victor Usynin. A true professional in his field. He explained everything (not once))))), showed, designed it. Sensitive, attentive and just a good young man. We made a gift when buying a car, which is very nice. There were delays with a guarantee letter from the Bank, I had to wait until 10.30 p.m., he waited with a loan officer Lidia Senchikova and cashier Elena. Special thanks to them. I also want to thank the head of the sales department Dmitry Emelin and all the employees of the salon for understanding, polite attitude and participation. I really liked it. I will come only to them. Of all Skoda dealerships, this is the best !!!!!

A good salon can offer interesting prices for new cars this year out of stock. The service went through zero maintenance - oil change, everything seems to be fine: together we lifted it to the lift, looked at the condition, removed the old filters after the replacement, but I liked it more in another cabin.
