Персонал вежливый, все расскажут, что не понимаешь. Минус - ждёшь очередь, а тебе в окне говорят, нет конвертов и марок, идите в почтамаркет за марками и конвертами 🤦‍♀️. Затем снова в окно, но в роде как без очереди, это повезло что народу было немного. Ещё взвесили открытку, если вы её или письмо отправляете, и вам скажут точную сумму, на которую вам надо будет купить марки на конверт. Также бы рекомендовала на информ стенде указать, как правильно заполнять информацию на конвертах для отправки по России и для международного отправления. Или хотя-бы на столах папку с бланками.

They were waiting for a summons from the court, which they never received. The trial had to be postponed for two weeks! The summons was not delivered to the addressee on time.
