I ordered an expensive strawberry mustache from Serov, the parcel arrived at the post office 3 days later, but lay there for three weeks. I watched the notice every day, it turns out that we need to track when it comes. But did not the postal workers see that it was lying for so long. I am very dissatisfied with this mail and its employees. All the mustaches are gone.

Recently made major repairs. The queues are often large, but even if all 3 windows are open. At the same time, the employees are polite. Although the break is indicated, one window works during it.

Two windows, and the queue is two then one, whatever you want and organize yourself. In spite of all computerization, scanners and mobile applications, the pieces of paper have not gone far. Also parcels are lost or stolen, I don’t know. Consideration of the claim 30 days, when the parcel should already go back. The old mail was given a beautiful candy wrapper and no more.

I came with a disabled child in a wheelchair. It would seem that fresh repair in the office. But the air conditioning system does not work. After standing for 10 minutes in the queue (during this time served one person, to the next turn did not even come up), I decided to clarify whether she will be served with a disabled child out of turn. To which a woman in a striped shirt answered me: "We are just invalids, but there is nothing for children to drag around." I asked to clarify whether this was said to me and what should I do if the child is not left with anyone ?! The answer was predictable: "These are your problems." True, after she condescended to our level and told us to come and she will serve us. When we left, the woman once again said that with children there is nothing to drag around. I recommend to treat people with developmental features respectfully and with a desire to help, not disdainfully.

Mail is good for everyone. But she has a break from 13.00 to 14.00 and does not work on Sunday. There is an equipped entrance for people with disabilities. Nearby there is a public transport stop. Now about the sad things. Registered letters that are sent in this post office can lie unregistered for a long time. And, accordingly, not sent anywhere. This is the second time, on a working day, I send a certified letter at this post office. The first time the letter waited 4 days until it was registered and sent. Now it's the same story! The letter is in the mail for the third day, and despite the fact that it is registered, it cannot be tracked by the track number, since it has not yet been entered into the database by mail! If VVM needs the letter to arrive quickly, then use another post office.
