Despite the long lines in the evening, they work fast. 3 or more windows always work. You can send and receive a parcel, letters. Badly send notices to registered letters and parcels. Sometimes they don’t send it at all, you need to track by track number yourself.

Notifications never come. Sometimes the items are thrown into the mailbox, but not always mine. Responsible people who found my parcel in their mailbox have already sent me several times. I don’t understand how to work like this? This is just a disgrace.

We arrived on Saturday, June 6, 15 minutes before closing time with an urgent letter, three girls served in the best possible way, left satisfied - the letter was sent, the girls are very friendly and gladly did everything (which happens infrequently before closing)

The department works terribly, there are constant lines, the wait in which sometimes stretches for several hours. But the worst is not even that, but that the packages are systematically lost. They are tracked before separation, and after that they simply disappear without a trace. Workers say they wait for notifications, but these notifications have never been delivered to my mailbox, and without them they simply do not give out packages. A separate problem is parcels from China. There, in general, out of 15 ordered and at different times only 3 came, where the rest went, provided that they reached the post office - a mystery. Suspicions creep in that mail workers simply pick them up or throw them away. Otherwise, I can’t explain why orders are sent to all my friends in other departments, but here it’s just some kind of Bermuda triangle. Disgusting
