This is not the first time I have come across this post office; everyone who speaks here in a negative way is afraid of the wrong address. The fact that people in this total hell are trying to do everything in their power, receiving rewards not worthy of labor, I consider it a feat. The fact that the whole system, including the postal one, has fallen into disrepair, the result of 20 years of tyranny from the most unworthy of people at the top, think about it.

The eternal mess in this compartment. Opening hours are constantly changing. It often happens that it is completely “closed”. Either there are not enough workers, then everything is on sick leave, or the devil knows what. Kilometer-long lines, especially in the evenings. Awful mail, worse than our city, I have not seen!

I work as a courier and have seen many post offices. This is one of the best. Yes, there are problems with the staff in this department, they are poorly financed, there is still no repair, they are not given workers. As a result, you can periodically see the picture, as for all mail only one employee. The head of the department often sits behind the operator’s place, although this is not her responsibility, but she helps as much as possible so that people stand in queues less. Most importantly, the small employees try their best, often sacrifice their vacations, and come to work on weekends to sort letters and parcels. I ask you to treat employees with understanding, they try as best they can. IT IS NECESSARY TO BLAME THE MANUAL ON THE CHIEF OF THE POST OFFICE, T, IT IS NOT THE FOLLOWING THIS OFFICE AND CANNOT EVEN SELECT A MOBILE GROUP FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM OF LACK OF PERSONNEL. It’s very hard to see tons of criticism about employees who are already trying to do their best, but no one criticizes the leadership, which is responsible and gets a lot of money for it.

The employees are well done, they help as much as they can, but the attention to this department is not paid absolutely, for the entire department there are two employees who do not have time to process the parcels in a timely manner and deliver them on time. Less management, plus staff.
