I wanted to make an appointment, from the phone. I go to the site. A window with an offer to sign up pops up for a split second. I only have time to see with my eyes what there is :))). It is not possible to press instantly !!!! Thank you, Russian post !!! Apparently you like the queue!

On August 26, 2020, a girl called me and said that my order was with her (I made the order in Juma). Of course, I was very surprised why this happened, but oh, I was even more surprised when I heard the story of how she got it. At the post office she received her orders and she is given, plus, one more parcel. Immediately on the spot, the girl notices that this is not her parcel, tries to return it back, to which she hears a tremendous answer, and now the most interesting thing (I am still in shock): I cannot accept this parcel back, because I have already put the mark issued, take it for yourself and use it, like look, how lucky you are ..., and she (that is, me, a real customer) will still return the money to her. These are the kind workers sitting at the post office of Russia at Volgogradskaya 47B !!! I have no words!!!

For a year now I have been receiving parcels through this department, at first it was fast, all the windows were working, but with time there was more queue on the street. Today I came to this office, there are 15 (approximately) windows on the street, and the employees work very slowly. After 10-15 minutes, the turn came to me. Finally!

Queue on the street. There are no shops. There are many people. And as usual, everything is slow and sad. In one word "post of Russia"
