Mail works well. Thanks to operational work, there are almost never any queues. All correspondence, including parcels and parcels, are delivered on time, with timely notification. Competent answers to questions (including by phone) can be obtained not only from ordinary employees of the department, but also from the head of the post office. In my opinion, this kind of work depends on a great organization. And this is undoubtedly the merit of the leader - Olesya Nikolaevna Luzina. It works normally if there was still a person specially for grandmothers to accept payments, otherwise they would pay the communal apartment in the old way, because of which you have to wait to receive the parcels
