I applied for a credit card, filled out an application on the site - approval came, the operator called the bank and clarified everything and said within 5 working days they will call you or send an SMS about the card’s readiness. SMS arrived a week later, I arrive at the bank’s office and the employee starts filling out the application form again for approval ...... 30 min says wait for the bank’s decision, and if approved, you will come again for the card ...... disgusting attitude towards customers. I had to refuse because there is no time to constantly go to them.
