(and I will find out after so many manipulations!) He tells me that the formalities, in the end, I wait another week until the end of the contract for the advance, and as a result, a message comes from Olga that two days ago the clients miraculously found the money and sold the apartment to them! The question is - are you adequate ?! We wasted two weeks, canceled our plans, for what?
