I WILL NEVER COME IN THIS "DENTISTRY" AND DO NOT ADVISE ITS FRIENDS AND FAMILIARIES. I visited this dentistry on 25.06. Having preliminarily signed up for TREATMENT, I was asked to come in an hour early and I agreed, "the doctor had to go early." Taking time off from work half an hour earlier, I arrived. It was about 40 minutes to drive me. The tooth ached, I had three channel pulpitis and it was no longer advisable to postpone treatment. At the reception they didn’t even ask me for a passport and didn’t ask for any data. I was watched by the "doctor" Islam. Having taken a preliminary picture, I could not explain whether it was deep caries or pulpitis and suggested that I choose how to treat it. I said that I need to treat pulpitis because I do not need inflamed channels, I noticed that a man in the same gloves touched a computer mouse, that's all devices for a picture and a chair, a lamp. Sitting back in the chair, I asked if he would change his gloves, the answer hit me, “WHY,” I answered politely, saying: “You just touched everything with these gloves, is that nothing?)”. Then he, all in the same gloves, began to take out the tool and just turning around silently and going to the administrator began to ask if I could be sent to another doctor. Returning to me they simply said: "maybe you will come to another doctor for treatment tomorrow?" I naturally asked for what reason, to which they replied: “I don’t want something, the mood is not the same, I’m tired” and I’m not joking now, they turned me around and sent with a bad tooth without explaining the reason, and I was booked for TREATMENT, REPEAT. By asking the administrator what is the matter, admin. she simply laughed and said: “why did this happen”, and this, too, is no joke, since I’m very afraid of going to the dentist, it was morally difficult to come. And here it is! To say that I'm shocked is simply to say nothing! If your "dentistry" does not need clients and you are offended by the request to change gloves, before you poke in my mouth, then please think. I will never go there in my life !!!!
