I put 4 points for the opportunity to grow Russian Post. The guys at least started to try. Unfortunately, my package was delivered by mistake to this office and had to be picked up here due to urgency. Again the staff is very slow and reluctant. But the other offices were repaired, and the employees became noticeably more cheerful and younger)

Here, too, they did not exchange kopecks for rubles.

An employee of this department, I did not remember the name, a red-haired lady of about 50, change 00244 on 08/07/2018 just made a trash with sending my registered letter !!!! Well, how can you screw up in several places at once ?! She did not give a check with a track number for tracking, but she gave out two unnecessary checks without a track! Further and most importantly! - I sent a letter to another city and also did not write the names of the sender and the recipient correctly! How did it happen???? Well, be careful! After all, I indicated all the data correctly! Now a person will not be able to receive an important document and time will be lost !!!!!!

The schedule is incorrect, the department works from 10-19 on weekdays with a lunch break, on Saturday it works until 14, and not until 18, as indicated.
