There is no separate operating room, surgical procedures are performed in the reception room. There is no cash register, soft checks are written, and even then not always. In winter, there are no shoe covers, we go into the reception office as we entered from the street. We went there with the dog, as a result, after the injection was given to the withers, an abscess began. Everything festered from shoulder to shoulder, with a fever! We were told to inject antibiotics for 3 days in Hachiko, and then for examination, everything should go away by itself, we were assured that the abscess cannot burst inside, everything is fine! On the same day, the dog got worse, but it would not have survived these 3 days! I had to go to another clinic, where, after examination, she was immediately taken for surgery. It turns out that with such a scale of tissue damage, everything can be very deplorable, and break through inside, and blood poisoning, and tissue necrosis. Already 3 times my dog ​​was opened all this, but it does not pass in any way 😭 the money for correcting the consequences has already taken about 5,000 rubles. in 2 weeks! Think before choosing a clinic for your pet!

From 3 clinics we preferred this one. In previous clinics, we made other diagnoses for our cat and we did not dare to treat them. And they did the right thing, as it turned out.
