That is, no one asked the name of the doctor to whom we were assigned, nor the age / weight / breed of the cat. In addition, the receptionist is often not on the spot, when we arrived for the first time, she was quietly chatting with someone at the entrance. When we arrived for the operation (which was performed by Samchuk and Malyutin), the cat was examined and all my questions answered, explained how the anesthesia would work and what to do with the cat after the operation. BUT! Only after I began to ask persistently. I asked Malyutin questions, it is obvious that he is well versed in this topic and such operations are not difficult for him, but still I would like to hear more details from the doctor. The cat was operated by Samchuk, to whom I also have no complaints. After the operation, the doctor himself put a bandage on the cat and told how she would behave on the first day, what she can and cannot. A week later, we came to have the stitches removed (the reception told us to come at any time, but we waited for an hour). The stitches were removed in 15 seconds, the scar healed well and is almost invisible, the doctors really did their job well.
